“We had an awesome day here. We rented boots, boards, and helmets all were decent quality. We spent most of the day on the green beginner slopes and several people helped us figure out how to snowboard. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a cafeteria with good enough food and it's right next to the bar were you can grab a beer to help heal your sore tailbone. Highly recommended.”

“I could not be more thankful for Animal Control Specialists. We first had a bat flying around in our basement at 11 o'clock at night. We thought maybe a door was left open so we didn't pay any mind to the situation. When it happened a second time and we did some research, we realized that we may have a problem in the attic and starting calling around for a local Akron bat removal company. Luckily, my boyfriend was able to drive it there. They called at 10 the next morning, and gave me the estimate. My car was done at 1pm, and under estimate. I'm very pleased with the service, pricing, and speed with which they got my car done. Customer service is top notch. I highly recommend.”

“I feel bad for giving it a 4 star rating but they really need to address the lack of exterior lighting at the facility. I don't think it needs to be lit up like a football field but there needs to enough lighting for guests to be able to walk safely into the building. It would also be helpful to have some at the entrance or the drive. Last night attending a class I saw multiple older guests struggling walking into the facility. I struggled myself as it was so dark and had to use my flashlight on my cell to see.”
