Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill

Went in after Soccer game to watch the Buckeyes and for a football Saturday the Service was FANTASTIC! Food was great and it was a great time. A couple folks, I assume Managers came over to see how everything was and like I said for a party of 15 our server was VERy VERY good.

I wanna start out by saying our server Alyssa made our experience here, and the food just sealed the deal. She's attentive and has great recommendations and goes above and beyond to make sure her tables are happy and taken care of. Request if you can!

The menu is huge, so I haven't been able to explore how consistently good their food items are, but I look forward to it because so far everything I've had is amazing!!!!

My FAVORITE is their WINGS and BEER FLIGHTS. Their sweet and Zesty Thai wing sauce was recommended by Alyssa and WOW, it did not disappoint one of my favorite wing sauces ever!

Ive been back three times in a week because of how great everything has been at this location.

My wife and I decided to have dinner with friends at this location, and I will always state the obvious... Service can make or break an experience. Our waiter would disappear for long periods of time. I requested no green onions on my appetizer, and of course, there were onions all over. Refills were few and far between. My friends ordered adult beverages and asked for water to go with their meals, and after our food arrived along with adult beverages, we had to ask for the water again. My friend also ordered a beer and the waiter never brought it. The manager happened to ask if we needed anything, and finally, the beer was delivered. The only time we consistently saw the waiter was when it was time to cash out our bill. The food was a solid 4 stars, but the overall experience was soured by poor service.

Alyssa was our server, very polite! She was quick to refill our waters, and very cordial in general. She did have to speak up once, but that would be my only complaint. The food took ~30 minutes to come out, but this makes sense since we ordered a deep dish pizza. It was SO GOOD; we definitely need to come here more often. Also, the place had a nice vibe to it; the music wasn’t too loud, and the booth we sat in was comfortable. There’s also lots of musical history on the walls, so that was fun to read about. Overall, a great place!
