A lot more serene and quiet than the other locations.

The NP here is so nice and so is the rest of the staff. I have never been to a nicer primary office. The front lobby is very neat and there was no wait time as I'd scheduled an appointment for a blood test and it was simple and quick. I get very anxious around needles so I am happy that the man taking my blood was so gentle and nice. I'm very grateful I went with them because they helped me find out what was wrong with me after all these years. Thank you guys so much.

The staff at the Marysville office are top notch. I will continue to refer people to this location for help. The MAT program is amazing. This location will also address medical concerns as well. I will only go to this location for my medical needs. This place is always accepting new patients.

I have been a patient at Lower Lights for about 3 years now and even though the Doctor I was seeing left the practice I stayed and now see Sarah Channell Nurse Practitioner and have happy with the care I have received. I also have stayed due to a HUGE presence of someone that has helped me immensely with a very difficult situation to handle and that's dealing with a medicine supplier that I get my necessary meds from on a patient assistance program. Constantly dealing with big companies and being that she has to keep the many people she's passed around to during this process of ordering and reordering and reapplying yearly for me when the script needs renewed. I have NEVER had someone be so organized and on top of everything and she follows up on things and keeps me informed like no other for the job she does and that young lady is Ariana Ellerbrock !! If she left I wouldnt be able trust anyone to take care of my medicine situation with any confidence. Everyone at Lower Lights are a great group of people and I would prefer anyone in need of medical assistance without question.

I want to give 5 stars and a Shout out to Union Star for their love for each of the patients they see. I am a patient and I have never had a better experience with a Dr Office in my whole life. The staff is wonderful and Sarah Channel is amazing and so personal with her patients it's outstanding. If your looking for a new Dr and want to have a Great One I recommend them. Thanks to the staff and Sarah for the great experience that you give me every time I come in!
