They auction of the house went smoothly on the day.

However Before the auction.....when we first met, I was not given a card from the realtor but he was fast to give my brother one. I had to ask for one-not good in the eyes of a woman that was just as much as the property owner as the guys who were with me. I had to inquire why the house was not on the website not very long before the sale. "I will get to that on Monday" was the reply. Monday came and went but it eventually got on there a couple days later. I called several times with questions and had calls not returned during the whole process; I believe they called my brothers instead. However once the auctio was over I received a phone call several days in a row during work because the brother didn't respond.

The auction of personal items was less than satisfactory. Some items were not even auctioned off and just sat there. There were items in the hayloft of the barn that were not brought down to show. Boxes and boxes were auctioned off for $1, people dug through taking what they wanted, then leaving the rest of the items behind in a mess with additional items that could have been auctioned off. I guess that is how it goes with people at auctions?

The people that Bee Gees suggested for bulk buy of items inside the house several weeks before the auction took items on the outside of the house and barn before the auction as well as dug up the yard to take rocks from around what was a birdbath area. (Contract stated items on the INSIDE of the house only). I went to get the rocks to take them home to my flowerbed because they were my grandpas findings over the years. The man actually got mad when I asked for them back, and brought up the fact that I asked if I could have my pillows and sheets back that I had forgotten that were in the house. (Who wants to use someone else's sheets and pillows?!?!??!? Ewwweee that is nasty guys!) One of the guys came over to the auction with only ONE of the rocks and threw it in the front yard in front of people there. My friends could not believe the unprofessional behavior of that guy. I would suggest that Bee Gees not suggest this Allen and Micheal guys again to any of their clients. I understand that Bee Gees were NOT responsible for their behavior but they suggested them.

Being all that said, I am glad the whole thing is behind me. We used Bee Gees because my brothers thought they would have been better than Staleys. Now they know that their Sister was right again.....

Dale Butler is a very kind, understanding & helpful gentleman. He understood my needs & did his best to find me what I wanted. Although I was unable to follow through with my purchase I would not hesitate to use him & this company in the future.

I used Bee Gee Realty for both of my home purchases 12 years apart. I used Dale Butler as my realtor both times as well. The first home purchase was pretty easy, the second one was a bit more challenging to acquire a loan because our income was effected with a job loss. Dale worked with us very patiently and went above and beyond to come up with a solution until the sale was finalized. Dale was just a call or a text away during the entire process and even after we closed he checked back up on us. I can say it was more like having a friend than an agent.
