Kettering Health On-Demand Care - Springboro

This was…..bar none, the best “urgent care” type visit I have ever had!
1. Receptionist was very nice and welcoming.
2. Facilities were nice, casual, and clean.
3. Nurse was great! Quick and painless.
4. The Doctor was perfect. Asked questions and listened!
Live in Warren County, so I have choices to go either north or south and am thinking I may be traveling more north in the future!

Love that you can make appointments online and get quick care. The staff is caring and listen well. Have it 4 stars because it appears that you can't make an appointment before they open. When I tried to make an appointment about an hour after they opened it said all appointments were full but I could walk in. When I walked in they made me an appointment for later that afternoon so I had to leave and come back. The whole process seemed confusing. Finally they told me I could leave and the test results would be posted on My Chart in about an hour. Once the results were posted there was no way to communicate back with the staff in My Chart regarding questions.

A great experience! They were prompt for my appointment. Extremely cordial and empathetic. Everyone was so nice and personable. They took great care of me and diagnosed my ankle injury. They gave me crutches and a boot with instructions for care and follow-up. Extremely thorough and caring!
