We have been with Bug-A-Pest since we moved in 3 years ago for quarterly service. They have always exemplified the definition of strong customer service. The entire team is professional, friendly and act with a sense of urgency. Even while closed for the holiday, the owner made a special home visit to help with a surprise mouse intrusion and to retreat for the pesky millipedes of 2020. Overall a great company to partner with for a pest free living environment!

I can't say enough good things about Bug-A-Pest! Kevin is amazing. Our monthly service is quick, efficient and reliable. We are now spider free! I also recently called Kevin regarding another issue and he helped me resolve this over the phone-what amazing service. What a great company and very nice employees.

Kevin and his knowledgeable team have been taking care of my exterminating needs for a few years now and I'm never disappointed! I am on a quarterly plan and it is a tremendous help. Even in between treatments when some critters would show up or when I had a mean bee issue, I was taken care of immediately, professionally and no issues with a need for follow up treatments. Highly recommend!
