Would highly recommend. Not only is the staff the most kindest and knowledgeable people but this company has amazing technology to determine what you need. I have struggled with my eyes for the last 12 years. I can finally see again after ordering my glasses through them. They arrived quickly and I was notified right when they came in. I will forever use this doctor. Thank you Ritter and Hagee!
Always a great experience from the exam to picking out glasses. The Staff and Opticians are very knowledgeable and polite.
I was referred to Ritter and Hagee by a current client of theirs. In the past, I was a loyal customer of a major eyeglass chain for over 40 years. I will only wear rimless eyeglasses and every year when I would visit this chain, their selection of rimless glasses kept getting smaller and smaller to the point that I would settle for a new pair of very expensive glasses. The last time I went in recently to get a new pair of glasses their selection was almost non existent.
Ritter and Hagee on the other hand, had a great selection of lightweight rimless glasses for me to choose from. The staff was extremely patient, courteous and very helpful coupled with very competitive pricing. I went in with some trepidation, but left with a great pair of glasses. Thank you Jay and the entire Ritter and Hagee team. My expectations were not only met, they were exceeded in every way!
Fantastic team from the front desk to the optometrists! Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They have all of the most cutting edge equipment and practices, and stock top of the line eye ware and contact lense options. I have been coming here for years regardless of where I have lived in the Cincinnati area. I highly recommend Ritter & Hagee for all of your vision care needs.
Dr Hagee is professional and thorough. He always takes time to ask how my vision is and listens to any issues I have and addresses them. My prescriptions for contacts and glasses have always been perfect. His staff is always friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend this group for your family’s eye care.
