Erik came out to clean our ducts a couple weeks ago. He did an amazing job. very professional and gave us great advice on future cleanings and follow up suggestions to the vents. We just purchased this home and it appeared in the 40 years its been here, the ducts hadn't been cleaned a single time. Our home is heated with oil and it can be very dirty. Erik did a great job cleaning it out and it runs amazing! there is so much air coming from the vents. Couldn't recommend the company enough!

I have been having pretty serious allergy issues for the last 6 weeks and I have not had a full nights sleep struggling with a runny nose. I had my ducts cleaned by Erik at Vacuum Concepts and he was fantastic. He was there cleaning for several hours . He suggested that we vacuum the rooms that he was in . I can honestly say I wish I would not have waited to do this. My house air is so clean and I slept through the night last night. As a client and an allergy and asthma nurse I highly recommend this service and Erik was very friendly and professional.

Erik came and cleaned all the ducts in our house over the weekend. Had no clue how dusty & dirty the ducts get. Nasty!! But Erik did a fantastic job of cleaning out all the ducks & showing me the progress along the way. It’s totally amazing of what a great job he did. And he kept at it until all was finished. My house actually smells much better & I highly recommend Erik to do your house next!! Thank you Erik for an amazing job!! Thumbs up!!

This is our 2nd central vac system. We had 1 installed in our other home, by a different company, while it was being built and loved it. Then we moved and our builder would not allow us to have a central vac installed while they were building, so we had to wait until after we moved in to have Ken from Vacuum Concepts work around our existing walls. I must say that he did a fantastic, professional job and I would highly recommend this company. The whole process from start to finish was a great experience and as I said, even though we really loved our previous central vac in our first home, we actually love the one Ken installed in our current home even more!! We never want to go back to upright, push vacuums. Central vacs are just so much easier to work with (especially up the stairs) rather than an upright or canister vacuum cleaner. And the system is very powerful!! It will suck up anything that can fit through the hose. We have both carpet and hardwood and it does a great job with both! Emptying the container is extremely easy. Bottom line, Ken will do a great job if you have him install a central vac system in your home, it is also VERY affordable and you will NOT regret it!
