Dacraft MFG Factory Direct

Decided to go with Dacraft after getting two other bids for patio awnings that weren’t even close to what Roger quoted. Plus, two family members used them for their awnings and were completely thrilled.
They were busy, but got out to us as soon as possible. They worked with a few design adjustments we made - some of which were last-minute.
The work itself was done quickly and quietly over two days; with a two-man crew that cleaned up after themselves very well and were very cordial and respectful.
The resulting awning structure is absolutely amazing. My wife, kids and I have enjoyed every minute of our new patio experience.
It has held up extremely well during several hard Ohio summer rainstorms, and is surprisingly quiet; even during the hardest rainfall. Zero leaks.
Our patio has become a place of peace and relaxation. It has become a place of gathering and all-day enjoyment.

I like to leave good reviews and want to leave one here. We were initially very happy until the first big rain. Pours out of the fan. I sent them pictures. Very frustrated. *UPDATE*....I got a call a couple weeks ago and they had someone at the house ready to fix the leak. It is fixed now and we are happy. We are three hours from the plant so it took a day trip to get to us. The roof is nice looking and I think it will last a long time.
