The people at Talbert House in Franklin helped me change my life for the better. From the first day to current day I’ve had help along the way to a whole year now clean of substance abuse. My mental health is the best it’s ever been. If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Thank you for everything Talbert House Franklin.
The staff are so great there. Pam makes you feel so welcomed dr. Thomas is amazing and his nurse Brooke is amazing as well they take there time with you they answer all of your questions and treat you with so much respect! It's a great place all together.
staff is very good at their job and make you feel welcome! very friendly,understanding,caring.. I have seen several therapist in the past that made me feel like they were judging me by my mental issues which always has a negative effect.. talbert house is awesome i absolutely love them... 100% recommend them
I love Talbert House in Franklin. The people there have saved my life. Ive been sober 4 1/2 months because of there help. I got out of jail in December..on a Friday. I immediately called my dope boy. (Knowing that I had 6 months over my head and that I also had to be at probation on Monday) I told my daughter a friend was stopping by to see me. She said no dumb stuff or your out. My dope boy called me and said I'm at speedway, where you at. I told him nevermind. That was VERY hard for me. I went to Talbert House Monday. Pam got me in on Tues to do my sub test and to get my subs the SAME day because she seen how close I was to using. Pam is like a 2nd counselor to me. She is a very caring person and always listens to me and gives good advice. I seen Tom to get my subs. He is super nice and genuinely cares and does not judge. My counselor is Randi..she is great..always listens, cares and is very genuine also. I can relate with her because she is a recovering addict like me. With her help I'm working thru issues that have kept me down. My IOP teacher, Mariah, is great also. she listens and really cares and loves to see all of us doing good. They are all genuine with no judgement..which is important to me. Talbert House is a great place to get sober & stay sober.
Moving to Ohio was challenging, in many ways. The staff at Talbert house, and their associates, have gone far beyond expectations. Am very thankful to reach out and be welcomed with such understanding.
