Excellent, very clean facility. The staff is very qualified and friendly. Dr. Nordland listened and answered all my questions. He explained the surgery I am going to have
on my cataracts and I have all the confidence in him.

I felt that I was in good hands throughout the entire process. Pleasant and friendly office staff at CEI. Reassuring staff at the surgery center. Attention to detail. Dr Meir called the evening of surgery to see how I was doing and returned a phone call a few weeks later when I had a question. This kind of personal attention goes a long way in making a patient feel comfortable. Thank you for going the extra mile.

This is a review of the facility and their staff. I will write a 5 star review for my doctor on his own profile. On the first surgery date, there was some mis-communication from the staffer on the phone the day before. That seemed to have been corrected the following week. On the first surgery date, things went very well, and a shout out to Mallory who helped to prep me and continued to check in with me before moving to the operating room. She was awesome. The following week, I didn't feel as comfortable during prep. And there wasn't as much recovery time as after the first surgery. They are supposed to give you fluids during recovery. I didn't receive that. I believe that more consistency throughout the process would be beneficial.

Dr. Gullett and the entire staff are professional but friendly making the appointments and cataract surgery a stress free situation. I had absolutely no problems after the surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Gullett to anyone in need of any kind of eye care.
