The Vet and Tech were fantastic! Had to put my pet down. Never had such a caring, compassionate place that this place is. You could see and feel how compassionate they are towards animals. 5 stars is not enough!

Seemed to take good care of our cat. Made a mistake on my credit card. Undercharged me and then contacted me about it later. We had covid and forgot all about it. They never sent an invoice or reminder. They say they called but we had a phone number change. Instead they referred to collections for 50 dollars. Got letter from collections and sent payment to vet immediately with note to say I wish they had sent an invoice. No anger or animosity here...just think they could have dealt with it differently since it was their mistake to begin with.
