If you ever run into Suzanna Main, Leasing Manager at Alexander Pointe, when you are looking for a new apartment, you are met with such a high sense of courtesy and respect, it will leave you speechless. Suzanna is not a "class act" when it comes to marketing Alexander Pointe to prospective tenants, she ensures that you are totally satisfied with every need you might face before you ever move into a new unit there, as she goes into extensive detail on square footage space availability, amenities in the units themselves, cable and internet services, washer/dryer connections, and the key stores and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. And the best part of being serviced by Suzanna when she introduces herself to you is her premium attention in ensuring that the offered rent structure matches your budget and exceeds your overall expectations. The grounds at Alexander Pointe are incredibly spotless and the apartments are immaculately clean with a beautiful gym, an incredible outdoor pool, with charging stations all around the complex for the growing number of EV cars on the streets. With people like Suzanna Main always there to help you when you come into the complex, you can be assured that you will receive the best treatment any apartment tenant could ever want. I am extremely grateful she was there to help my wife and I find a ground floor unit, especially because I am disabled, and she even found us a unit with far more space than what we expected. Hence, when you meet with Suzanna Main, be prepared for optimal kindness, deep respect, and genuine empathy, traits that make her one of the most professional rental agents you will ever meet.

I had a tour/meeting at Alexander Pointe Apartments today with Suz. She has to be one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Not to mention the homes were STUNNING. We love living at Alexander Pointe! Our apartment is so beautiful and we love the layout. One of my favorite features is having vaulted ceilings since we’re on the second floor; it opens up our space so much. The private entrances are a huge plus too. I was particularly impressed by the quick response time of maintenance; they have always responded within 24 hours to our requests. I’d also like to highlight Sam, the property manager. We had an issue with another resident letting their off-leash dog run up to our dogs. We contacted Sam, who brought each party into his office individually to get both sides of the story. I felt he handled the situation very professionally and we haven’t had any issues since. We had originally planned on living in an apartment for a year or two before buying a house. However, we love where we live so much, we decided we’re in no rush to buy a house and will probably be here for a few years.

Seriously the best complex I've lived at. Maintenance team is actually responsive and gives real information. The staff, especially Sam, are so great and nice. They are accommodating and so very friendly. The apartments themselves are absolutely gorgeous. The grounds themselves are always kept nice and clean. Plenty of waste bins around for puppy waste. There are some times that it's a bit tight for parking, but it's literally just like 30 more steps instead of 10 for me when it's full. Puppy bark park is fantastic and all the dogs are quite friendly surprisingly. Absolutely love it here. First place I've lived where I don't have any complaints.
