“Once again, they continue to impress. After previous positive experiences with their work I brought my truck to them to get an estimate. After the Huber Heights Speedway gas station car wash decided to slam its folding doors into both of my rear rear fenders then Speedway corporate customer (non)service telling me "not our responsibility", I met with Kyle at the Lebanon Gerber shop. He was prompt, personable, and he actually spent some time hand rubbing and using a buffer to remove all the damage and restore the finish. At an ESTIMATE visit - I was amazed. Then he wouldn't give me a bill! WOW! Doesn't get much better than that. They have a customer for life! Speedway lost a lifelong customer. Amazing how different businesses will treat folks! “I went to this Kroger the other day to get some milk. I walked to the back of the store and I saw there was a worker stocking the milk. I casually walked over to him and said hello as I grabbed some milk. He said hello back and continued with his work. I noticed his name was Evan. As I walked away, I looked back and that's when I saw that weirdest thing! With each gallon of milk that Evan stocked, he would message each jug and give them a kiss.
