I met Bill late Fall of last year. I’ve been looking at a Condo Community in Symmes Township, always missing out on an opportunity. I emailed Bill (on a whim) and he contacted me a few days later telling me about a unit coming up for sale, as soon as I saw it, I knew it was exactly what I wanted.
Bill kept me informed of how to purchase and sell my old home, he was professional and answered all my many, many questions. I’d be more than happy to work with Bill again in the future and to refer him to any of my friends or family that may be in the market for a new home.

We were so extremely lucky to find Bill Spear! Buying a home is stressful enough, but buying a home out-of-state is even harder. My husband and I were fortunate to have worked with Bill Spear over the past two years. We were at the stage of life where a single-story house made more sense than the 2-story where we had lived for over 20 years. When we started our search, we had set a budget (which after a year of looking we realized was too low); but until we upped the budget, Bill was considerate enough to show us reasonable choices within our budget, never making us feel that we would be unable to find something nice. He did not just tell us to go look at something, he almost always went with us.
We eventually found a single-story home in a family-oriented community, and here Bill was invaluable with the processes of buying the new home and selling the old one. He accompanied us to every meeting with the builder of the market home we bought. We had never worked with a builder before so Bill’s knowledge of new construction, market values, and financing options helped us through this stressful process.
Bill was especially helpful with the sale of our old house. He kept us from overspending on home improvements before we put it on the market, zeroing in on only the necessary items. He demonstrated significant insight into how buyers might react to our house. When we went under contract, there was give and take between the buyer and us, and Bill was the steadying influence that helped bring the sale to a satisfactory close.

We had been looking for an apartment or condo and answered an ad for a condo in a complex that had been recommended to me, and Bill immediately answered and agreed to take us to see the property the next day.
