I turned my back on God and organized religion for many years, then I spent years of church shopping. Joining Compass was the best thing I have done for myself in years. I have never experienced church which encouraged questions, and the outpouring genuine caring. I look forward to Sundays to attend - there is so much variety in music, pace, sermon topics. I have learned more about the biblical time history and how scripture relates to our world. Love not hate, hope not fear is truly the message. I know each person's faith journey is unique but I no longer am doing that journey alone. This church and people have gotten me through some of the lowest points in my life. I am blessed now to have chances to ReachOut and serve God and our community.
I have been attending TRCC since November 2015, I am enjoying and feeling right at home here.
Everyone is so friendly and make you feel welcome. I am beginning to feel here may be my new Church home.
