Byers Chiropractic Center

I began going to Byers Chiropractic Center a couple years ago. I was taking muscle relaxers nearly every weekend due to standing on my feet for work. At first I was a little skeptical but after some time each week got continually better! Now I rarely ever have to take meds and I am so grateful!

I've had lower back issues and pain for about a decade. Previously, I've been through physical therapy twice. Both of those times I've recovered and been good with lower back issues and pain. The back pain seems to always return and I see an improvement when I return to the stretches and exercise that I learned during physical therapy.
For the last three months I've increased my level of exercise trying to get into better shape and lose the "Covid pounds". The back pain has been a hinderance. I've been seeing Dr. Byers for about two months and have been pain free for three weeks. His treatment has been a breakthrough for my back issues.

I first went to Dr. Byers in high school because my shoulders were uneven and I was having intense muscle spasms in my back from sports. He resolved the problem quickly and I have used him now for over 7 years with a regular maintenance schedule! Byers is a phenomenal person and cares very deeply about his patients and the community. I would highly recommend his practice!

I’ve been seeing Dr Byers for just over a month now for my sciatic pain during pregnancy. He has helped me tremendously! Everyone I’ve dealt with at Byers Chiropractic Center are very nice and helpful. Last week I was going to leave my appointment and it was snowing and a bit slick out, and Dr Byers walked me out to my car to make sure I made it ok. I really appreciated that as I am 7 months pregnant & falling is the last thing I need. Thank you Dr Byers and staff, I am so thankful I chose your practice. :-)

Today was my very first time ever seeing a Chiropractor. We are new to Waynesville, and I had been recommended to chiropractic care due to low back pain and tension in between my shoulders. I am a hair dresser of 14 years and a momma/wife. Standing for 10+ hours per day definitely takes a toll on your body. Dr. Byers made me feel comfortable, validated and safe. I was nervous, had no idea what to expect and he listened to me, spent time with me and I did not feel rushed whatsoever. His front desk staff was so kind and polite, I immediately felt welcome. I walked out of my appointment feeling better, not 100%, but it was only my very first appointment so that is to be expected. I will go back soon for more treatment and I am looking forward to it.
