“Great place for everyone who's interested in being active! Different levels for same workouts to accommodate everyone irrespective to their age gender size etc. Everyday it's a different routine or set of workout, so this makes it even more exciting everyday you show up!! Most importantly Trainers/Coaches are very friendly and supportive, and so is the whole group. Definitely recommend the free sessions (5 sessions) if you are still not sure whether to join or not..”
