We unexpectedly broke down in OH (we live in Alabama) on a Sunday when everyone was closed. Robert had great reviews so we had our truck towed there. He contacted me 1st thing Monday morning. He was completely booked and still took us on an emergency basis. He completed MAJOR and labor intensive repairs with a quick turn around time. He was beyond thorough with his review and explanation of services for the vehicle. Rob and Sydney were amazing to work with and we highly recommend them for any service.

I was traveling from Cleveland to Columbus and had a skid plate break free under my car and cause a horrible racket. I got off at the first exit I could and stumbled upon Rob and his shop. They got me in and fixed the issue quickly and did a great job. Huge thanks to Rob and his staff for their help!

Robert's Auto Care came highly recommended by a friend. I had some diagnostics that needed done. The mechanic called me and went over every detail; identifying what was a safety concern and what would eventually need attention. He must have spent 20 minutes on the phone with me answering all my questions. Had some of the issues taken care of and got my car back and it's running great. I'll be returning to get the other things fixed. I value their honesty and thoroughness.

I had a wheel bearing failure on my utility trailer near Burbank. Quick call to Roberts I was greeted by a friendly office lady. After explaining my situation, 60 miles from home, I limped my trailer to their shop. They quickly found the faulty bearing and inspected the good side of the trailer even. They ordered/found and installed new bearings, serviced the hubs and had me back on the road the same day. Really happy with the service I received. Thanks Roberts Auto Care. . We stopped fortunately at Robert's after running over a deer on our way to Cleveland. They were able to get our vehicle up on the rack after a short wait and makethe car drive able for the rest of the trip. Friendly and knowledgeable!!
