I dealt with this company on mopar parts. I had received a suspension component that was damaged. I called the company to inform them about the damaged knuckle. The guy that answered the phone on their complaint line was very courteous. He gave me a couple of good choices to fix the problem. THE DAY WE TALKED HE HAD A REPLACEMENT ON THE UPS TRUCK HEADED MY WAY! I wish every company conducted themselves this way. I will be a returning customer and I’m quick to tell others about great customer service when I find it. Thanks again!

In April, I ordered a rear bumper assembly for my '04 Hummer H2. I installed it this weekend and couldn't be happier with the results. I knew there was significant rust damage, but I was shocked to see how much was actually completely gone when I took it off. I don't know how it was still all together. Shipping was fast and as described! Had a locking gas lid which I hated and the key finally broke in the cylinder so found Jnj on eBay and glad I did!! Was nice it was already paint matched to my truck!
