“My upright freezer died over the weekend. We ran to Lowes and Best Buy because they were open. They couldn't get one delivered till Friday. I knew Bennet's was closed but used the chat on their website. I got a message back right away that they were closed but they would let the sales person know my situation. I went in first thing Monday morning they were expecting me. They were so helpful and had one in stock. They called Ben the owner's son who is one of the delivery drivers to see if they could deliver it today. Ben said sure after they made their other 6 deliveries for the day. He went back to the store got my freezer and brought it out and set it up. He was so polite and friendly and explained everything to me. I really appreciate there help in my time of crisis.
