I cannot explain how wonderful the staff is. We were greeted for our appointment and they staff were so friendly and kind. Although they were busy the staff still took and time and energy to make sure we were taken care of and did what they could to get us in quickly. The environment was so enjoyable and positive. Nichole cut my three year old hair. She thought of his safety and helped him feel comfortable getting his hair cut. She worked with him and made it an all together positive experience. We had gotten our son's hair cut at other hair cutting places and the vibe and environment was so toxic and our son cried during his hair cut so I was worried about that this time. Which Nicole's care and attention to him he was laughing and giggling at the hair clippers although it's difficult to cut a 3 year olds hair she handled it like a pro and we are so grateful she gave us such a positive experience.
