Dr. Rachel and Toni are a dream team. Very kind and helpful.

After trying multiple chiropractors in Northeast Ohio, I came to the conclusion that chiropractic care either didn’t work or most of the providers were only in it for the money. Constant need for annual x-rays when there was no injury, indoctrination videos and classes, recommendations for constant care, etc.

My wife started at Coveny after another provider in Wooster insisted she get annual X-rays and weekly visits. She was so sick of being badgered to spend more money every visit so she looked elsewhere. After the first visit to Dr Rachel, she came home and said “this place is different”. So I decided to give it a try.

After about 5 months, I am so happy with the care I receive here. I started out with visits every other week. Then went to monthly. And now am at every 6 weeks. I feel the best I have in years. Dr Rachel explains what she does and why.

Dr Rachel is great! When I first searched for a chiropractor to see, I called a bunch of places and asked two questions: 1) do you require X-rays as part of a new patient appointment? 2) do I have to watch any [marketing / brainwashing] videos as part of a new patient appointment? She was one of the few places in the area that passed my test - the answer was no to both questions and that's a good thing in my book.

She's old school in a good way - it's hands on adjustment, not hooking me up to electrical equipment, walking away, then coming back 20 min later and billing me a small fortune.

She really cares about her patients and it shows.

Dr. Rachel is very precise and to the point. You tell her what's bothering you and she will target that. She has been my family's favorite Chiropractor for several years now, highly recommend!
