I am so glad I drove all the way to Wooster from Medina to ask for help switching from Tracfone to Cricket. After spending hours at another store, I was greeted by the kindest, most patient tech, Levi. He went to great lengths to be sure my service was working properly. Then he went above and beyond to make me sure I could port my number from tracfone. This outstanding customer service is not usually seen in today's retail market. I highly recommend this store and especially the tech Levi. He's my hero!

My mother and I came in just before closing time to inquire about switching her plan from another company to Cricket. We were exceedingly happy with the customer service in which Levi provided. He was extremely patient with my mother in explaining things to her, very friendly, and overall very helpful in her transition process. Furthermore, he stayed long after the store closed to help us. All in all, we were truly grateful for Levi as he is a fantastic asset to the Cricket Corporation.
