They are excellent. Fair price and do their work very timely. Teresa is extremely informative and seems to always be looking out for her customers' best interest. I trust Four star with all of my vehicle repair needs.

My gf who is an exchange student just left your shop and she called me about how she was treated....which was amazingly fair and well taken care of!

She said there were previously quoted parts that were not necessary for replacing and that you saved her money in-turn.

Also, she went to a different shop first, they quoted her the same price but for only half the work that was needed. I told her to GTFO of there and find someone else, especially after reading their terrible reviews.
You guys did it all for less than the same amount the other shop quoted.

So I think it's important to point out that this shop does not price gouge based on the fact that you're a lonesome woman looking for an honest and fair car repair and will not price gouge based on if you're not from the U.S.
Many shops will do this and it's wrong and should be illegal. So THANK YOU! She is very happy with everything.
She has many foreign exchange student friends at the OSU Wooster campus who will use you in the future now.

I went to 4star auto for a estimate; i already got one and it was VERY high! Not only the reception was friendly but also told me what needed to be repaired and the price.Mechanic showed me and explained everything to me and what needed to be done in future. I just cant Express in words how grateful I am for them! I went ahead and had them do the repairs with NO hesitation! I am a single mother; first time on my own and money is tight! The staff at four star are the very best. I thought that my heater issue was going to be non fixable but on the way back from the car rental company enterprise I was talking to one of their mechanics and when we got back he took a look at something else and now I have heat. If you ever need a repair go to four star hands down the best place anywhere. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ✨
