I was in town for the weekend and looking for a place to get a quick workout in. I contacted Steve and he was very accommodating and helpful! Met me there and got me in with a day pass. The gym itself was great! Space was excellent and a variety of good equipment - it had everything you need. I will definitely be back when I'm next in the area!

Steve Naughton owner and trainer is knowledgeable, helpful, and always open to answering questions. As a trainer, he takes your individual goals and creates a customized plan to help you meet those goals. He is highly motivated and pushes himself in his own workouts. You can't go wrong with choosing Primal Fitness as your gym or Steve Naughton as your personal trainer.

Clean gym that’s stocked with a host of well maintained/ functional equipment. Owner recently added a tablet so members can lift to their fav artists on Spotify and also enjoys reaching out to mentor young/ inexperienced lifters.
