I was working long hours my wife was upset was driving past Kay's and light went off I stopped in to lowland the very helpful lady helped me to find the right ring correct size and all got home my wife loves ❤️ her ring bonus she's wasn't upset any more thank you for showing me all those rings to get me the perfect ring 😏

The Kay experience at this location in Wooster Ohio is hands down a 5 star. I am old school, I have to be in the store for the hands on and study the dance of the diamonds up close, on line just doesn’t work for me, Sorry. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and has educated me in fine jewelry for the past 17 years. With a relationship for this many years I can truly say it feels like family walking through the doors.

The person helping me was very helpful and gave me suggestions but not pushy at all. She directed to the exact spot for what I was looking for
