The customer service has always been very good. They greet you when you walk in and always ask how they can help. I have bought my last 4 major appliances here. I will definitely be back for more.

I recently purchased a new stove and the price was great, the stove seems to be working good so far after a couple days, but the communication between the sales employees and the delivery employees needs some work. Lots of miscommunication between employees. Once their in-store staff communicates with their delivery staff more efficiently, their service to the customer will improve.

I like having an appliance store in town, it would be helpful however, if each of the salespeople knew the same information when it comes to transactions. Their selection is great, prices are decent, store is clean and staff are friendly.
