(July 16, 2020, 9:48 am)Company is going through a lot of changes and an adjustment in the leadership is proving to be beneficial. Response time is getting better as the sales team grows to more than one dedicated salesperson. Dispatch is aggressively working to improve on how quickly they communicate information from client to driver and vice versa. If you've done business with Tri-State in the past and were unsatisfied I highly recommend giving them another shot, along with letting them know what you didn't/don't like. As I said before, they're going through a lot of changes, now's the chance to get exactly what you're looking for as they are looking to be the best of the best in the eyes of their customers and employees.
