(June 1, 2022, 12:30 am)Would have been 5 stars if the customer service was a bit better. We just got driving 12 hours on day 3 of a coast to coast move.
We were tired and ready to sleep. She kept telling us and asking us not to smoke in the room. We are good people and have no problem smoking outdoors. Smiling goes a long way as well....she never smiled at all. She was not rude, but not very hospitable.
The room itself was clean and nice. It was better than expected for the price.
