Good people great prices . they are top shelf all the way
Great people and service! Took care of us quickly and fairly. Sold them a vehicle.
Very friendly staff. Has what I needed and got in and out quick. Very helpful! Would definitely recommend!
If you are looking for parts and repairs I am of the opinion that they do a great job. Thank You Adler's!
Please take it easy and be cool to this business; especially the people. Remember they ARE people.
How would you like to be treated?
They may get busy at times but they get things done as well. In my experience If you are cool with them they will be cool with you.
Therefore so far in our experience these are down to Earth and nice people. They are willing to work with you, advise you and perform repairs for reasonable costs as well. We are just beginning our experience with them and we will see how it goes. When you have needs regarding transportation, repairs and parts and want a fair shake it is great to establish a good relationship with a reputable business. It is also great when that business sees people as people and not just numbers. This is our experience so far and we'll update things as they progress with this business relationship.
Update - Had brakes done and they did a great job in a reasonable amount of time, they will be using a salvage part for the next reasonably priced repair.
Will update on that repair after but we are very happy with their understanding and focus so far
First Review Below- moved this back to the top due to a positive change in service - for more details read beyond the first paragraph if you would like. Apologies that this is long but a vehicle transaction is very important.????
Updates and more of the interaction(s)????
Our family needed a car badly and we arranged a trade with Adler's for a car. It was missing the passenger seat belt and hesitated on the express way and the check engine light came on today, after having the vehicle since this Monday. There were title issues and they had our payment and old vehicle we salvaged/traded which they could probably do well on. It was missing a passenger seat belt and it is a used running car so I did not want to complain about a bunch of difficult issues and focus on what is/was most important for now.
I still like the car and it needs a little work that is/was expected. My fiance' will be driving it with our children in it the most and she is just glad to have a car again although she has made it obvious she liked our previous one better.
We had no title or the vehicle from them until the following Monday. Sorry if this is out of order; this is the last thing I wanted to be doing today including picking up a seatbelt. The dome lights also do not work and the recepticle for the fuse does not accept one for some reason.....
When we test drove it (my mother and I as she talked to them first) we were encouraged to "drive down to the church and back" just down the road. Before arranging the transfers and pmt I was told it was "gone over" some repairs were done and the AC was working, this was good - minus the the passenger side seatbelt being missed when it was "gone over."
I do believe this could be something easy to miss especially by a driver with a passenger who most likely did not attempt to put on a seat belt just to go down the road and back or were not familiar with the vehicle.
I attempted to call them before leaving with the vehicle after getting plates and there "was a problem" with the phones.
GOOD ????
*Ricky took a look and had one of his guys replace the seatbelt instead of charging $50 as we were told initially below. His tech did it relatively quickly and was a cool guy, we have to get it to pull in and out more easily but this was very cool.*
WASN'T GOOD????
They are giving us a new seatbelt but wanted to charge $50 to change it for us. It seems like they are not interested in much repeat business as this could be a breeze for them. If a tool was needed that we don't have I asked if I could borrow one so I could put the belt on quick and the answer was no and the $50 was brought up at that point. I am going to get the seatbelt and may relate more about what else happened later.
Rick and associates are very professional, kind, and helpful. They do quality work and sell quality parts! What a great company I’ve been blessed to have found.
