(August 15, 2023, 9:00 pm)It's a small family community which I've personally lived in since 2017. The owner is working to put in all new trailers, water lines, a new playground & community room. Lot rent is very reasonable with on site office management and maintenance.

She has worked with us at every opportunity, and in my opinion, gone above and beyond to make sure we get the home we've been looking for.
