“I was here with friends on a history get away and this is a first rate place to visit!!! If you love War of 1812 history or any military history, this is the place for you!!! Very interesting and well presented displays and all staff were most helpful. Audio visual information was very helpful please start your tour in the visitors center. This will better explain what you will see in the fort. There were also WW2 reenactors present who were very informative. Plan to spend a good chunk of time here as it is so so so interesting!!! Well worth the time and effort to go here. Loved it!!!????”

“Highly recommend for a quiet romantic getaway! It’s secluded and private. We had a pool and whirlpool in the room which I highly recommend. The pool area warms up quickly and the water temperature of the pool was perfect. The fireplace heats up really nicely too. The entire room was huge with high ceilings. It was so elegant! The front desk associate was friendly and informative and ordering the light breakfast was easy, and they arrived quickly. One last thing, they have a private parking garage which makes unloading bags or luggage easy.”

He also is very encouraging and welcoming to questions about what is being taught. It certainly helped me learn and understand the application for the move, strike, etc.. The Black Belt Academy staff was very informational when I stopped in there, and was very welcoming to new faces. Highly recommend if you are a beginner or have a background in this area!”
