“This gym provides professional coaching where everyone is individually approached even during group class exercises. The friendly and supportive environment is intentionally crafted and maintained by The Well staff. The balance of independent work and coaching is perfect. The client base is diverse - various age and nationality groups are accepted! The workout program is created the way that’s it is possible to workout there every day due to focus being placed on different muscle group daily and weekly. I have never been that consistent in my exercise routine! We come to this gym happy and leave even happier! Croak that he gave me of my emergency lap surgery when I was 17. He was the greatest doctor who did so much for me and to carry on his legacy, Dr. Andrew Croak, who has done a couple of surgeries for me, including a hysterectomy just this year.
