Had an experience I'll never forget, to be brief one of the workers went where he shouldn't have inside me SUV, was caught on my Mobile camera taking what was obviously not his, upon showing the owner on our laptop this employee was fired expeditiously, this is a very good business with honest workers and very reasonable prices, you really get your money's worth. The environment felt safe, and is very clean, we always look forward to going back we were also empressed with the clinetell that take their expensive vehicles to be serviced there and put trust in the owner that he is going to take good care of their property and address any concerns, after all this business is his livelyhood. “Since the remodel this is my first trip back. it was amazing it looks so clean seem very efficient the technology is much more advanced than any other car wash I've ever been to they also have now unlimited washes for a monthly payment which is probably the route that I'm going to go and they have a really cool lava wash which the soap looks like hot lava and it glows red I haven't done this wash yet but the person in front of me did and it looks really cool definitely something cool to do if you have little people under 10 in your car they would get a kick out of it”

“This car wash did a really good job at getting my car clean. It actually was able to clean the back of my terrain, a feat most car washes are not able to accomplish. The dryer also did a good job drying off the car. The free vacuum is also a nice bonus and there are plenty of spots. The prices are reasonable and most importantly there were no scratches on my car after it went through the wash.”

“I visited the car wash April 3rd 2020 and it was jam-packed. I used my credit card to pay for the automated wash. The transaction went through however the car wash never started. I got on the website, called the phone number and left a message for the owner. The owner called me back in a timely fashion, was courteous and refunded my credit card. This is what good customer service is all about. This is what is meant by service with integrity. You've got a customer for life.”

“This review is for the non-automatic side of the car wash plaza. To be honest, it’s a great wash compared to a lot of other stations around Columbus. Tons of different washing options, decent PSI on the water wand, and non-muddy wash bays. First off, the scrubbing wand had tons of wash foam and clean bristles. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to a wash bay and the scrubbing wand has been long overdue for full replacement. The pre-foam conditioner is nice for pulling a lot of the heavy spiked dirt that’s beneath your clear coat. Looking at a few other reviews, it is posted that there is a minimum for using your debit card so beware. It’s also clearly marked if issues arise to call a specific number. My favorite part of the wash is the hydrophobic rinse. I always have a few microfiber towels in my car but this greatly helped with the water beading on my car to ensure proper drying. The only downfall was the price on the vacuums... $2.00 for two minutes. You have to hustle to try and get your car vacuumed out. All said and done, I spent $7 and my car looked like the pictures attached. Better than any moo-moo or auto-wash for a hatchback.”
