Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and helpful reception staff who made sure I was comfortable and had all the necessary paperwork completed. The waiting area was clean and inviting, with plenty of seating and reading material. When it was time for my appointment, I was escorted to an exam room by a nurse who was very personable and attentive.
