Some are more talkative than others, which may be confused with being "nice" (which is not a skill involved in diagnosing, or treating a disease). “Dr. Williams has been our Dr. for 10 plus years- when my now 9 y/o son was a baby I went through 2 different pediatricians trying to figure out what was wrong with his hearing. Both Dr’s. Dismissed my concerns. Finally, I took him to see my husband and I’s Dr.- Dr. Williams- and she diagnosed a hearing issue and immediately sent us to an ENT. There was in fact a major issue. When he had surgery the ENT said we were mere moths away from severe hearing loss. I am so thankful for her and her staff.
