I sat with Dr. Strauss in his office like we were old friends as he asked questions about the reason for the visit. He listens and is so caring!!! Truly listens!! I walked away feeling seen and heard as a patient. He will not just throw out a diagnosis to placate the patient. He does research and follows up with you. He doesn't just throw meds at you but is thoughtful in this process and also looks at the potential cost of a med he may be ordering. He wrote everything down on a sheet of paper for me and also, so I could bring it home for the family. He explained every single detail of what he wrote down. As I was going to make a follow-up appointment, the front end staff asked for that sheet and went over it again just to ensure I understood all of the written orders. He sees patients of all ages and if you have a little one, there is a little play area for them to keep them entertained. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff and Dr. Strauss.
