“When I say he is a miracle doctor that’s exactly what he is. I was going to another doctor for Thomas 20 years. I was very sick since November 2021. I was highly neglected from the other care from the other doctor. I seen Dr Ridgel in January. The day of my appointment he sent me to the ER For testing. 20 minutes after I left the hospital he called to tell me I was very sick and I needed to go and be admitted. I was very scared but I was very happy that he was able to find out what was wrong with me and I knew that I was going to be OK. He is very patient very understanding he listens to all your needs and how you’re feeling. When I say he save my life he really did. I am so thankful for him. He is very patient understanding and all around a caring Dr. Now my whole family goes to him and I know we are in good hands.”

“I gave 4 stars because I love Dr. Emily Reynolds. She is so caring and kind and sweet and didn't sell me glasses when I didn't need them. She said I didn't need a prescription yet and I really appreciated her integrity! But the receptionist is SO ride and when I walked in at 7:30am (I was the first patient of the day) she saw me standing there and didn't even greet me. I had to say good morning, and she didn't even look at me or acknowledge my greeting. She just said "what is your name?". I know the public can suck, but I didn't appreciate that. This is the 2nd time I have experienced that from her. Also, The nurse/assistant was very sweet. I do not remember her name. But other women who work there were so rude to me. I just don't get ot these days. So if you want an appointment with the amazing DR. Reynolds, expected to be treated rudely by the other workers before she gets to you”
