“My wife and I have turned to Dr. Wolf for cosmetic and medical care for many years. Recently, his knowledge and experience have helped us avert two potential tragedies. I woke up one morning with an irritated spot on my eyelid and two eye doctors and one "eyelid surgeon" told me they didn't know what it was. The eyelid surgeon suggesting cutting a notch in my eyelid to remove it. Realizing at this point that it was a skin issue rather than an eye issue, I asked Dr. Wolf for his opinion. He thought there were a couple of possibilities and said that if it didn't clear up on its own in a few weeks he wanted to do a biopsy. He performed the biopsy which showed that it was a basal cell skin cancer. Had Dr. Wolf not diagnosed the actual problem, I hesitate to even think about what the outcome would have been. More recently, when my wife was slow to recover from Covid, Dr. Wolf ordered blood work to look for potential causes, since prior to getting Covid she was symptom free. Based on the lab results, he referred her to an excellent hematologist and she is being successfully treated for a condition which might have gone undetected except for Dr. Wolf's knowledge of his patient and his desire to find the cause of the problem instead of just assuming that she had "long covid."”
