“Pure Barre has been one of the best things to happen to me, plain and simple. Prior to starting Pure Barre in July 2021, I hadn’t exercised regularly in probably 10 years. I had all but given up on taking care of myself, until my best friend recommended I try it out. I immediately fell in love with the classes, and I won’t lie, it is challenging, but that is one of the best parts about Pure Barre. Even after 15+ months of consistently coming to class, it is never ‘easy,’ because you have the opportunity to get better and better and push yourself more each time. I have noticed huge improvements in my strength and flexibility; but in addition to physical changes, I am in a totally different place mentally and emotionally, and I know Pure Barre has had a huge impact on that. I can’t say enough about the whole team at Pure Barre New Albany, the teachers are very motivational, and the other participants in the classes are friendly and can also help to push you to be a better version of yourself. Would highly recommend trying Pure Barre to anyone who hasn’t, and know that you don’t need any dance training to participate. “This a great community gym. I've been going there since it opened. They have a good mix of free weights and machines. There is ample cardio equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, step machine, etc). The clientele skews older. This gym is definitely not a "meat market". They do offer exercise classes, but that is not something I do. Overall, a clean place where one can get a good workout.”

We ran across this because my kids go to Demas Wrestling Technique classes here and he recently moved to this facility. You can see from the pictures this place is immaculate clean in every way and just all-around nice.
