“When I first came to COPT, I was in consistent pain ranging from "guess this is my life now" to "should I call EMS to peel me off the floor?" Having struggled with pain since 2017, I assumed this was just what it was like to be older than 25. Concerts, mosh pits and standing for hours were in my rearview mirror. Goodbye festivals, sweary crowds, and deaf ears. We will never sance again. Finally being diagnosed with retrolisthesis and arthritis in my lumbar region, I was referred to this clinic. The first visit was actual torture with a following day of borderline seeing the Lord and talking to the Saints. From then the progress has been steep. The greatest benefit was a combination of exercises, cupping, and dry needling. Since starting the dry needling my pain has sustained at a 0-1 with occasional peaks at a 3-4. I even made it out to a concert and my husband was more sore than me. Thank you to Sarah and Dr. Porter for reviving my dancing spirit. Now I can return to the good ol' signature injured antelope moves that turns all the heads.”

“The people at the front desk were absolutely amazing and nice. The only reason I took a point away is because I signed in and somehow I was looked over and so I was sitting about 35 min before the front desk noticed but once they did she was really friendly. She gave my son a snack and was really sweet. I also took off because I was coming in for a drug test and the woman who did the test was polite but kind of cold. Not friendly at all no smile or anything but being there didn’t take long and I would go back”
