“Our 3 year old son has been attending South Suburban Montessori School in Brecksville for just over a year. He is very excited each day when it is time to go to school. South Suburban is an established smaller school which offers a Toddler program, starting at 18 months of age. They offer a continuous educational path, in an enriching environment, thru age 14. The School also offers a variety of extra-curricular activities for students, and has an active Parent Association which hosts school community-building informative and social events. The Staff is a diverse collection of very dedicated, experienced, well-trained, highly-educated and constantly engaged individuals, who operate as a team and, genuinely cares about the students. We are delighted with our overall experience at South Suburban, and highly recommend anyone searching for an excellent school to take a tour and check it out.”

“My youngest son has been going here for around 7 months now. I was very skeptical at first from my own bad experiences as a child. However even changing jobs I now drive out of my way to take my son back and forth here everyday. Every person I’ve come into contact here with has been professional and compassionate about what they do. They have helped my son advance both educationally (as they teach infants sign language and other things) as well as socially. Even the teachers outside of his room stop us on a daily basis to tell my child how loved he is! They help accommodate to his his dairy/meat free diet. Would highly recommend to anyone with a child of any age! When it comes to our children, having a peace of mind knowing they are being cared for be people who love them as much as you do is priceless!!”

“I've been going to this school for the past 9 years and I've almost never had a bad experience. We are a sports related school, but is that a Bad thing currently we are 4-0 for our varsity football. We also have a current standing that you have to be passing in all your classes to play, and if you look at our history our system works. I will not have a school that i love be tarnished by some angry tigars (Liberty Center) that are upset.”

“AWESOME DAYCARE!!!!! The staff is great, friendly, and all the teachers know the kids' names. The kids learn to do their own laundry and they have cooking classes. They have a large outdoor play area and an indoor gym. Worth they wait (they have waiting list). It took me 6 months to get in.”

“I really enjoyed my experience with my son at this swim school… until the egg ceremony. They do this thing where once your kid graduates to the deep end of the pool, they take him to the showers, and pelt him with eggs in “celebration”. The staff gathers around the child throwing eggs and laughing. I thought this was a rumor when I first signed up, but it is 100% true. They did a great job at teaching my son how to swim, but he came back to the car crying.”

“We have 3 kids at this school. Our oldest (in 7th grade) started there in 1st grade. We ran into financial difficulty during her second year there and, regrettably, sent her to Menlo Park Academy for second grade. We did this even though WCA made a very generous offer for us to stay (which we should have taken). After one year at Menlo, the supposedly amazing school for gifted kids, we put her back in WCA. The difference in our child's character was very noticable. WCA was not just interested is educating our kids, they also wanted to develop their character. This applies to the teachers, administrators, fellow parents, and volunteers. Over the years there has been times we could afford full tuition, and times we had to rely on the kindness and generosity of the school and its donors to help us keep our kids at WCA. The level of kindness, passion, involvement, and love displayed by staff and other parents/families is overwhelming. I will say, the academics are very rigorous at WCA. You will have to be involved in your child's education. They make no bones about this when you apply. The school does not have some of the extensive resources that are available to some other schools, but they are growing and have more of those resources every year. If you are looking to educate your child with a Christian world view and values, you can do no better than WCA. I am not saying that everything will be perfect. But I can say that the problems you'll experience at other schools (especially public schools) are substantially fewer (or non-existent) at WCA. Love this school and pray that we can find the means of keeping our kids enrolled until they graduate. Update 11/08/2022: our eldest child is now in 10th grade. She just completed 2 college courses through the college credit plus program at WCA (with Cedarville University) she received A's in both classes. WCA continues to be a beacon of light in the world of education. All 3 of our kids are thriving there. The school is growing so fast. They have added numerous resources and faculty. I continue to be amazed at the quality of people they bring on board. I am so grateful our kids were enrolled at WCA through the pandemic. Especially after hearing nightmarish stories from our friends who have kids in other schools. This school is the best!”
