I just wanted to say something nice about the staff at this store. They are wonderful! We purchased a gun safe and it was not an easy process. They had to check to see if they had the right one in stock while I was on the phone. They made sure to hold the right one (the last one) while I purchased it online. They helped load it in our truck and had to find the right keys for it before we could take it. They were so patient and worked really hard to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I’m especially grateful for the kindness during the holiday season. Thank you Academy Employees!! My husband loves his new gun safe.

I recently purchased a new firearm from the Academy Sports & Outdoors store located in Yukon, OK. I had the distinct pleasure of having Greg help me with that purchase.
His customer service skills are extraordinary. He greeted me with a smile & did everything that he could to make my purchase a pleasant one.
He installed a set of rings & a scope for me & did so with a very high level of skill as well as the same pleasant attitude that he displayed throughout this entire transaction.
Pleasant & knowledgeable customer service skills are a rarity these days. At the vast majority of businesses, they don’t exist at all. I truly hope that Academy Sports & Outdoors recognizes what an asset they have in Greg as their employee. Please pass along my thanks & appreciation to Greg. I sincerely hope that the store’s management makes it a point to personally thank Greg for being a very valuable employee. They are rare!

I love Academy they have a wide variety of everything you need. Every one is so friendly and eager to assist you.

Staff was amazing. Went to get boots for me and my daughter, was greeted on the way in, entering the shoe department was helped by a associate to find everything I needed. And when checking out, Lisa was so friendly and helpful!

They were very helpful in helping me find Cross Country shoes for my daughter, as she is very petite for her age. They looked and looked until a pair was found. I'll definitely shop here again. Loved the great service!
