The owner is meticulous in keeping the facility clean, and keeping all of the equipment maintained and in proper working order. 24 hour access is a big plus. There is never a wait to use equipment. I've been lifting weights in gyms since I was a teenager, and Life Gym is, hands down, the best, all-around. Highly recommended.”

Even after I had my card for 6 months my job (oilfield) required doctor’s professional opinion before I could return to duty. Which isn’t easy if you go somewhere that want see you after you again after leave. Should def ask about that upfront wherever you think about going.”
