“Myself and my 3 year old stayed a night on 3/11. We didn't get in until about 1:30 and were both completely exhausted from being in the car so long. The guy that was at the front desk that check is in was super kind and got us checked in extremely quick. The hotel was pretty full and it was about 26 degrees outside. I asked where I could park that would be the easiest for us to get to the room. He went out and check the parking lot. I told him that I would just bring our stuff up to the room and we would come back down and move the car. He allowed me to just move my car up and out of the way so I wouldn't have to come back down and try to find a place and walk back with my kiddo. It was so much appreciated! The hotel overall was very clean and updated. The room was very nice and also clean and the bed was so comfy!! I would definitely recommend!”

The office personnel is 2nd to none. All are accommodating in all instances whether it be a simple need to know answer to a question, or just to chat a moment. Nothing is ever considered a bother.The maintenance staff has to be the best anywhere. The grounds are kept as immaculate as possible. Maintenance calls are quickly addressed and fixed as soon as feasible. Sometimes parts need to be ordered,and that's part of life that cannot be controlled. However, speed and efficiency is the goal with every job. Politeness and friendliness, by all the team, is a given. A smile goes a long way. Thanks to all who are employed here for making this homestead so homelike!”
