I was fortunate enough to try out the Ultimate Relaxation Light Therapy this morning and it was wonderful. Summer is amazing, she described the entire treatment step by step and I never felt rushed. She made sure to focus on the areas of my body that really hold in stress (my shoulders) and for the first time in along time my shoulders felt loose and relaxed. I was skeptical about what the lights could actually do but by the end of the treatment was surprised by how light and loose my entire body felt. I enjoyed it and felt so great that I even bought some of the PCR water and the gummies to bring home to my husband. The store is fantastic as well. Rapha 180 really supports both local businesses and veterans, so it was full of locally made products like spun honey, goats milk products, CBD bath bombs, and more. Summer is very knowledgeable about all the products and pointed out some that might work well for me and the problems I have but didn’t pressure me to purchase anything. I will absolutely be back to try the light therapy again and look forward to adding on massage as Summer explained they are bringing on 2 massage therapists. If you haven’t checked out Rapha 180 you are missing out.

I just finished an Ultimate Light Therapy session and it was INCREDIBLE! I had no idea what to expect and was a little skeptical, but Summer let me know what to expect and what was happening every step of the way. She targeted my shoulders first since that’s where I carry the most tension and then relaxed me into the full body light therapy.
I am blissed out. My body feels amazing and loose. My head is clear. No tension or pain anywhere. Pure relief. I’m a believer! Thank you Summer! Excited for the next one!

I love this place, the space is calm and inviting and the people are just absolutely wonderful. All they want is to help you. This is where I go for my CBD products. Nowhere else.
