Ryan, Louis, Griz, Justice and everyone i dealt with was amazing. Sales was very friendly and knowledgeable, fiance got the payments where I wanted them for my bike haven't been to parts yet but definitely will be. Amazing experience overall will definitely be coming back

I have utmost respect for both the Sales and Finance staff at Ft. Thunder HD. I would like to include the Service Dept., but I'm not quite there...yet, although my last round of service/installation was spot on (thanks to Ron). I especially want to thank Nick (my salesman), Tammy and Tony (parts), and John (store manager) for their exceptional customer service. From a sales perspective, I can't say enough positive things about Nick. He is genuine, honest, and makes you feel like part of the family. Overall, all the employees made me feel like I mattered and that means a lot in my book. I will return frequently-even if to simply visit. Nick the salesman was awesome. Noland was awesome in finance. But I will never spend another penny or dollar there. I hate hidden surprises. Still some explanations need answered I'll leave at that one person ruined an awesome afternoon. I thought I could ride the new bike home but because they are picking up my two bikes I traded in at my house because they didn't have them at dealership so they deliver mine the new one and pick up trade ins. Kinda angered me in a raw way paper work done they have titles to trade inside made me feel like I was untrustworthy.

We just bought our bike today! We loved our experience there. Everyone was so nice and welcoming it was the best experience I’ve had! Our salesman Nikolaus was awesome!!! He made sure everything was taken care of and you could tell he loved his job! If you need a bike I definitely suggest you going to see him!
