Classen Family Medicine

I made an appointment Jonathan Smith as a new patient for my general health and wellbeing. I feel like I got more than that. Over the past 2 weeks, I was placed on medications that was new to me and not only was I guided throughout the entire process, but I was comforted when symptoms came about that was rare for me to have.

I only have experience with Johnathan Smith and Dr. Hall (and T, she is the sweetest!). However, I have experienced professional medical care from a very caring and empathetic staff. I'm so happy to have entrusted this family with my own family. I'm happy to work with them. ❤

Classen Family Medicine is the best doctor’s office I’ve been to in years. I have been seeing the providers here for a while. The employees are very nice and efficient, even when it’s busy. The nurses are friendly and knowledgeable. They do everything they can to make you relaxed and comfortable. The providers take plenty of time to listen and do what is best for their patients. This is why I’ll come back here for years to come.

When I made my appointment on the phone is was so quick and easy. They sent me all my new patient paperwork to do on my phone. When I got to the office it was nice and clean, lady at the front desk was so nice! I didn't sit in the waiting room long at all. My doctor was so nice and professional. I will definitely be sticking with this office. It was overall a great experience and everyone that helped me was so nice.

The staff is amazing. Every employee there treats you with respect. Jana is my absolute favorite. As long as I live in Norman Classen family has my loyalty and business 💯. I would highly recommend to anyone who would listen

I've been a patient here for over a year and I feel like I have found the perfect doctors office. It's never packed. They are always quick. I don't think I have ever been there longer than 30 minutes start to finish. April Morrison is caring and she listens to everything I have to say. She is very kind and personable, yet still quick and efficient. I would highly recommend to anyone. The prices are very reasonable as well, and they work with you on payments.
