Excellent service, fast and friendly. Jimmie gives it to you straight and is a down to earth guy. Would highly recommend. Thank goodness I found this place. I’ll never use the dealership again.

They went above and beyond to get my car running. When they found I was from out of town and without a ride, they bumped me up and let me hang out and take up space all day while they got me back on the road. Superior customer service and work. When our move to Norman is complete, I will not take my cars anyplace else.

I’m a customer host at Walmart, and I greet hundreds of customers every day. I asked many of them, "Who’s the best and most honest automotive mechanic in Norman?" I was advised by them about Norman Automotive.

Last week I visited them. It was the best customer service I have had at a repair shop. My service was completed on time, and the price was better than expected. Mr. Jimmy and his team are awesome.

I wish I could give these guys 6 stars! These are the most honest mechanics I've ever met. They're worth their weight in gold!

Quick service from a family atmosphere. Walked in about 30 minutes after opening business on a Monday morning with a engine light on, booked for the following morning work to be started. Dropped off the vehicle at 8am, was notified about 11am what the issue was and how much it was cost to fix. Jim had even informed me of extra care procedures, and left me with the issue resolved. I will take my vehicle back in the future if anything else was to happen.
